- Applicant’s Nationality: Nigeria.
- Applicant’s Age: From 17 to 22 years for non-tradespersons,
17 to 24 years by 31 December 2021 for tradespersons, and
18 to 28 years by 31 December 2021 for driver applicants. - Applicant’s Marital Status: Must be Single.
- Applicant’s Expected Height: At least 5.5ft for males, and
5.4ft for females. - Non-Tradespersons: At least three credits including the English Language and Mathematics in SSCE, NECO or GCE achieved in not longer than six years to the application.
- Tradespersons: Applicants must possess OND, NABTEB, RN/RM or City & Guild Certificate.
- Candidates with just a Trade Test Certificates must also have at least three passes in SSCE, NECO or GCE including the English Language.
